Cancellation & Refund Policy
To cancel your membership or upcoming payment, a cancellation request must be submitted before your next billing date.
If a cancellation request is not received prior to the payment due date, the payment will be processed as scheduled and is non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for late cancellation requests under any circumstances.
